Been drawing and painting since the ninth grade when my older brother told me art class doesn’t have any homework. That was over 50 years ago. I’ve sold paintings, shown paintings, taken classes, joined organizations, and while I’ve not stayed stationary enough to keep up with the majority of these, what never changes is my need to make paintings and drawings. It just never goes away. Tried in any number of ways. Just doesn’t.

Artist Statement
As I enter these last few decades of my time here, I cherish very little that is tangible. Most of the stuff is stuff I painted. The rest are people I love. Often they are both.
