Summer is almost here, and so is our most creative season yet! ☀️🎨 We’re excited to roll out our Summer Art Classes for students entering K thru 5th and the last week designed for 12 to 15 year olds. These classes were created to inspire, challenge, and ignite creativity. From clay and glass in Earth & Fire, to building in Art & Engineering, exploring identity in All About Me, and creating nature- and animal-inspired work, there’s something for every young artist. Whether your child is experienced or just getting started, our classes are a space to experiment, build skills, and create meaningful artwork in a supportive, inspiring environment.
Freedom Vibes, produced by the National Juneteenth Museum and presented by Fidelity Investments, is the nation's premier Juneteenth festival. The 2026 presentation, themed Nostalgic Joy, will honor the voices, stories, and traditions that continue to shape our journey, looking back with gratitude, and looking forward with possibility. To kick off Freedom Vibes, the National Juneteenth Museum is partnering with Artistry Soul Collective for Freedom Soul Cypher. This isn't just any concert, it's an R&B cypher. No scripts, just raw vocals and live energy by four of DFW's finest passing the mic like it's a sacred conversation: J.Aeria, Kevin the Singer, Chef Dee and Alex Royal accompanied by local band, N3W-Wav. The first 100 General Admission tickets are $25 (the remaining will be $35). VIP seating is $50 (includes preferential seating and 2 drink tickets).

Visit our FAQsThe West Valley Arts Council is seeking original artwork for an upcoming A Night To Remember World War 2-themed fundraiser at the Flite Historic Hangar in Goodyear, AZ. Chosen artwork will be on display and for sale throughout this exclusive ticketed evening event on Saturday, NOVEMBER 14, 2026. Artwork should represent the WW2 era from 1939-1945, using iconic themes of automobiles, airplanes, Rosie the Riveter, Pin-up Girl (moderate), and other social themes from that historic period. The art call is open to various 2D and 3D art media. Exhibited artwork will be displayed on easels or pedestals. Artwork must be suitable for a family audience.
The A Night to Remember event will be held at the large Flite Hangar located at 1300 S Litchfield Rd Suite 210F, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Featured artists will receive a ticket ($200 value) to the event, and chosen artwork may or may not be used for promotional materials for the event, and the artist will be credited.

The Cedars Union creates a collaborative learning environment giving artists an opportunity to learn from and teach one another. At The Cedars Union, artists work as part of a cohesive community, applicants must have a dedication to community, their work, and a drive for a successful art career. The Cohort at The Cedars Union is a year-and-a-half long program (18 months) with access to a micro-studio in the studio hall along with 14 to 18 peers.
The program provides artists with affordable studio space, 24/7 access to tools, equipment, and an artistic community. Cohort members have access to all available amenities including fibers facilities, printmaking facilities, ceramics facilities, woodshop, computer labs, and a large array of tools, resources, and programming. The Cedars Union also provides hands-on training via workshops and demos, regular artist member critiques, and exhibition opportunities. Members are encouraged to take an active role in this collaboration with the ability to lead or participate in critiques, classes and workshops, events and projects, and various committees
Applicants will request a micro-studio size and upon acceptance enter into an 18-month lease commitment. Studios are designed in a variety of sizes and set ups ranging from 64 to 200 square feet, available in two distinct designs. All studios are available to rent at $1.60 per square foot. All studios are designed without doors and with low walls in order to reinforce core values of the Cohort program; collaboration, community, and visibility. Studio assignments are made based on applicant preference and jury scoring

Wonderfully Made Dance exists to make classical ballet accessible to all by embracing inclusivity, compassion, and creativity, recognizing that every individual—neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, trauma-impacted, or otherwise—is beautifully and wonderfully made. I am a 15 year old sophomore. I've been creating since I was a baby. In 2nd grade, I had a piece of artwork with my class on display at the Fort Worth Stock Show. I've had artwork on display at the district art show for FWISD every year since 2nd grade. I competed in Junior VASE competition for 3 years & received gold & platinum medals....I enjoy listening to music, playing the cello, guitar, keyboard & an occasional game of volleyball.

My journey to starting this company has been shaped by plenty of ups and downs — a road full of choices, lessons, and experiences that helped define me along the way. Some moments brought success, while others brought challenges, but every step taught me something valuable and pushed me forward with a stronger sense of purpose and appreciation for where I come from. Texas Roots Outfitters was created to celebrate Texas and the people who make it what it is. The brand honors the grit, history, values, and traditions that have shaped the Lone Star State for generations. Inspired by cowboys, ranching, wildlife, rivers, open plains, sports, faith, small towns, and the everyday spirit of Texas life, each design is meant to reflect the pride and resilience that Texans carry with them. Live Music for the New Fort Worth
In the heart of Fort Worth’s vibrant cultural corner, Tulips FTW brings music, art, fine drinks, cold beers, great food and community together under one roof. Coming to life during the 2020 pandemic, the energy that courses through its veins is palpable – a fusion of local art, a sound system built for massive outdoor music festivals, a room tuned with the precision of decades of industry expertise and a fierce commitment to inclusivity. Beyond Marathon Live bringing an eclectic range of national and international talent to the stage, where Shakey Graves sat in for an intimate set with David Ramirez and Tank and the Bangas, Cannons, Sierra Ferrell and so many others have played sellout crowds of nearly 500, Tulips FTW a breeding ground for emerging talent, often featuring indie rockers, electronic artists, hip hop and K-pop headliners, punk and metal festivals, and everything else across the gamut of music genres as expansive as the Texas Sunset. We call it sanctuary for the secular, a true oasis for the misfits and outcasts of the music world as much as it was built for the cowboy-booted and white-collar warriors of the artistic class. As you step in, you’re surrounded by a litany of local artwork from the 80-foot mural designed by Eusebio Martinez through to Ariel Davis’ ceiling-reaching interpretation of the owner’s Grandfather boxing in the 1950s Golden Gloves, Mariell Guzman’s inspiring patio work and Jana Renee’s welcoming alleyway entrance to Gustos, the best burger in Fort Worth. This cacophony of colors sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. The revolving door of local artwork, curated by Art Tooth, gives local makers a space to showcase the artistic underbelly of Fort Worth’s creative contingent. On November 20, 2020 we planted our flag in Fort Worth’s rich musical history that spans from Ornette Coleman and Bob Wills to the Historic Bluebird, JJs Blues Bar and Caravan of Dreams to Townes Van Zandt and Leon Bridges. Through the masked trials of that year, we boasted our first sellout that New Years with 54 people toasting champagne to Grady Spencer on stage. Fast forward to a full capacity in front of our premier sound system, powered by Blake Barker, Tulips FTW finds itself on tour posters of bands from across Europe, Australia, Mali, Mexico, England and across our own great state and country to join the conversation led by iconic rooms like the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C., Brooklyn Made in NYC and Tractor Tavern in Seattle. While music leads the charge, it is our fierce commitment to being the bridge between the Fort Worth Way and where we are driving our hometown, that invites every walk of life in through our doorstep, showcasing talent as much the diverse face of Fort Worth, whatever the medium, with a strict policy of zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, creating a safe and welcoming space for all art fans. The oldest literary organization in the southwestern United States, the Fort Worth Poetry Society exists to encourage the production and appreciation of poetry in Fort Worth.
The Fort Worth Poetry Society (FWPS) is the oldest literary organization, in continuous operation, in the southwestern United States. Formed on May 10, 1910, the Society recently celebrated its 125th anniversary. The FWPS is a critique group of local poets who meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 P.M. Its current meeting location is Trinity Episcopal Church in Fort Worth. The mission of the Society is to encourage the creation and appreciation of poetry in Fort Worth. FWPS members regularly participate in poetry festivals, public readings, and other poetry events.
